Africa is by far the best place I have EVER visited. A massive call to make when there are so many gorgeous places haunting us around the world.

Check out this resort - Singita Luxury Game resort.

Located in the Serengeti (western part of Africa) is comes straight out of the lion king. Long stretches of pride land with every animal available to the human eye; this resort is the place to be. Ten out ten for me.

2-3. Girl Obsession! Jess Hart is one gorgeous edgy model. I’ve watched Jess's career over the past two years and she is really becoming more famous each day. Can we say supermodel soon?

4. Abbey Lee Kershaw - Melbourne born and raised. Has a nipple and nose piercing. She has a "don’t give a shit" attitude; which always makes her more fascinating.

1. Gluten free choc cake - is not half bad. Tried it at a cafe in grey lynn, auckland. Was quite delish.

2. Bruschetta.. if i had one type of dish to live on for the rest of my life... bruschetta would be it. you cant beat basil and tomato.

Sequins, jewels, gold and beads are all my most favourite fashion adjectives. I adore the fabrics, the flowy materials, the dainty flats and intricate makeup the middle eastern women wear. I dint believe they receive enough credit for their fashions. Yesterday I was in the supermarket and I saw a women dressed head to toe in a burca. You could see nothing but her eyes and I was amazed at the gorgeous batwing makeup she had on. It was in the most incredible electric blue, extending far past her eye and to her eyebrow. It looked like something straight off the catwalk - but here we were at the local supermarket. The best thing about Indian clothing is that you can get it for quite cheap. The cute jewelled handbags, the bracelets, the harem pants are all something you can find at the markets. I had a friend who travelled to India to buy jewellery for her local store. She use to buy solid silver rings for dirt cheap, gorgeous cuffs for next to nothing. I'm still yet to head to India - cant wait to go!

I first saw clogs on our style crush Rumi Neely (Fashion Toast) and I have to be honest I was a bit hesitant. I never been a massive fan but mind you now; I'm singing a different tune. Chanel and Miu Miu both have brought out sleek sexy clogs that look amazing with any outfit.

You can never go wrong with Wang.. the deliciousness of his designs gets me everytime. When I first saw this bag I had to have it. However with a hefty price tag and me earning miniscule amounts; there was no way i will be strutting around with this bag anytime soon.

So i found another option - EBAY (of course). Now dont worry, my blog wont be all about the ebay... Most of these knock offs, copies and similar designs come from the Asian market.

Most of the time they are so close in detail that not even Wang himself will know the difference.

Pretty much I just want to harp on about how cool Sass and Bide is..

And

the fact that they are Australian makes them even more slick.

I love Australia and all that Australia offers. The people are gorgeous, the clubs are sweet, the fashion is amazing; And the amount of cheap shopping there is phenomenal. Sydney is known for all its tiny boutiques with cute summer outfits where as Melbourne is jam packed with vintage. The style of these two cities is marvelous and I think Sass and Bide symbolises who Australia really is.

The Forever Stylish Balenciaga

Ok so these platforms may be a few seasons old (2006 strictly speaking); but I love them all the same. They are what you call season classics - shoes, trousers, blazers and coats that you can wear year in and year out; without looking outdated.

However wanting to look forever stylish cost $$$$$ and I mean big $$$$. So if your a thrifty spender like moi then listen to my tips and techniques on finding cheap clothes that look straight off the catwalk. And do you know what the funny thing is? Know one seems to be the wiser. The amount of times I have gotten asked "Oh you got the new Gucci platforms? Or "I love your sass and bide black rats" is incredible. Now dont get me wrong you DO NOT want to look cheap or nasty.. the key is picking out "lookalikes" to a design but making sure they are still made with top notch material/fabrics.

Ok first example: THE BALENCIAGA HARNESS PLATFORMS

Wedges mixed in with some platform mixed in with some ankle boots. Stylish but still sends a statement. And... of course our style crush Ashely Olsen wore them to a fine art. Sigh - if only we could raid her wardrobe.

Getting knock off is somewhat cheaper... muuuuuuuch cheaper. And the best place is good ole trusty ebay..

Ok listen up. Fashion fashion fashion is ALWAYS changing.. sometimes I find it stressful picking up the latest Vogue Harpers Bazaar to find NEW trends.... just when i have spent thousands of dollers buying clothes on the old trends. Ok dont get me wrong. i love clothes. always have always will. but dont you wish sometimes you can buy clothes that look super trendy but cost half if not quarter the price?
